Police appeal to speak to man in connection with insurance fraud

Detectives from the City of London Police’s Insurance Fraud Enforcement Department (IFED) have released an image of a man they are looking to speak to in connection with an ongoing insurance fraud investigation.

The man is believed to reside in the East or North-West areas of London and has a London accent.

IFED detectives would like to speak to anybody who recognises the man in the image and has any information about him that may help with the investigation.

Detective Constable Kevin Carter, from the City of London Police’s Insurance Fraud Enforcement Department, said:

“The Insurance Fraud Enforcement Department is dedicated to tackling insurance fraud and works closely with the insurance industry to bring fraudsters to justice.

“If you recognise the man in the image, please get in touch. Information that you provide could be significant to our investigation.”
